Silver “Witch’s Knot” Necklace – Pink Dawn

Description

I handcrafted this silver moonstone necklace from 925 sterling silver. I set a light pink stone at the center of the Witch’s Knot. When light falls on it, a cool, blue sheen appears on its surface.

What I like about it is the interplay of colors: the soft pink of the stone, a flash of blue, and the silver that’s darkened in the recesses. From a distance, the pendant has a distinct four-pointed shape. Up close, you can see its uneven texture and the small gaps between the weaves.

The Witch’s Knot is associated with protection. For some, it will be a personal symbol; for others, simply a beautiful design they want to keep close to them. Pink Dawn combines that touch of mystery with the stone’s delicate color.

Moonstone is a natural gemstone, so its luster changes depending on the light and the viewing angle. I finish each pendant by hand, so the texture of the silver may vary slightly from piece to piece.
