“Flame of the Rose” is a ring that was born from intuition, fire and liquid wax. Instead of cutting out the material, I melt it with a soldering iron and drag it until it starts to form organic lines. The wax then behaves like a living thing – once it flows freely, and other times it stops for a moment, creating sharp, unexpected edges. In this way, the whole form is born naturally, with no sketches and no plan, and I just follow its movement.

Moreover, it is this technique that makes each model absolutely unique. When I turn the wax into silver, all the fine lines, twigs and streaks remain forever.
