Silver ring with pink tourmaline 11,5

Description

This silver ring with pink tourmaline was entirely handmade, without pre-made components. I first sculpted it in wax, building the setting directly around the stone, then cast the entire piece in 925 sterling silver. This gives the ring an organic, irregular structure, revealing traces of handcraftsmanship and natural transitions in form.

The central element is a natural pink tourmaline with a subtly elongated cut. The stone boasts a deep, raspberry-pink color with visible internal reflections. Depending on the light, its hue shifts from cooler pinks to warmer, more saturated tones. The tourmaline is not perfectly uniform; its natural structure is visible, lending it character and revealing something new with every glance.
