If
A) you are a consumer
or
B) you are an individual, and the contract you entered into with us after December 31, 2020, is directly related to your business activity but is not professional in nature for you
– generally, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract.
You can withdraw from the contract by submitting a statement of withdrawal from the contract to us, e.g., by sending an email to: shop@spiritdust.pl
Return the item to us immediately at the address: ul. Klasztorna 23, 59-330 Ścinawa , but no later than 14 days from the day you withdrew from the contract.
You can withdraw from the contract within 14 days.
The 14-day period for withdrawing from the contract begins:
- for a contract where we deliver an item and are obliged to transfer its ownership – from the moment you take possession of the item or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier; and in the case of a contract covering multiple items delivered separately, in batches, or in parts – from the moment you take possession of the last item, batch, or part or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier.
To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the statement before its expiry.
Payments made by you, including the costs of delivering the item under the terms specified in the regulations, will be refunded to you immediately, but no later than 14 days from the day we receive your statement of withdrawal from the contract.
We may withhold the refund of the payment received from you until we receive the item back or you provide proof of its return, whichever event occurs first.
Please note that the right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply to you, for example, for a contract:
- where the subject of the performance is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured according to your specifications or serving to meet your individualized needs;
- where the subject of the performance is perishable goods or has a short shelf life;
- where the subject of the performance is an item delivered in a sealed package, which cannot be returned after opening the package due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the package was opened after delivery;
- where the subject of the performance is audio or visual recordings or computer programs delivered in a sealed package, if the package was opened after delivery.

Complaints
If the goods purchased from us turn out to be faulty, you have the right to make a claim under the warranty. It is best to submit a complaint to the email address: shop@spiritdust.pl or by post to the address ul. Klasztorna 23, 59-330 Ścinawa.
Faulty goods should be sent to the address: ul. Klasztorna 23, 59-330 Ścinawa.
Due to the defect, you may request:
- replacement of the item with a defect-free one,
- repair of the defect,
or declare:
- a price reduction,
- withdrawal from the contract – in case of a significant defect.
We are liable to you for defects found within two years from the date of delivery of the item.
As a rule, you can report a complaint within one year of noticing the defect, but the time for submitting a complaint cannot end before the expiry of the seller’s liability period.
Your complaint will be processed (responded to) within 14 days from the date we receive your complaint notification.
