Moonstone necklace light in motion changes with the light. Once it is cool and slightly blue, in a moment it catches warmer, pink reflections. It all depends on the angle and the moment.
The faceted surface makes the stone reflect light more strongly than smooth forms. However, it is not a strong flash, but something more subtle. The effect can only be seen with movement, when the light begins to “glide” across its surface.
I made the setting by hand from silver. It has a slightly organic shape and small balls at the bottom. This detail adds character, but does not dominate the whole. The form is not perfectly even and this is what makes it look more natural.
This moonstone necklace works well for everyday wear. It goes well with simple clothes, but does not get lost with more striking styles. You can wear it solo or combine it with other chains.
Each piece is a little different. It differs in light, color transitions and how it responds to movement.
