Silver Ring with Moonstone – Lunaria

Description

A large, elongated moonstone set in a lightweight, openwork silver setting. The moonstone has a delicate pink hue and a vivid blue-violet shimmer that appears with every movement of the hand.

I hand-carved the setting out of wax and then cast it in 925 sterling silver. Its irregular lines wrap around the stone, leaving plenty of light and space on the sides.

It’s a fairly large ring, but thanks to its open design, it doesn’t look bulky on the hand.
