Silver ring with a purple labradorite – Virelia
849.00zł
Virelia – a silver ring featuring a large, faceted purple labradorite and two small moonstones on either side. The openwork, sculpted setting is crafted from 925 silver using the lost-wax casting method. Size PL 13.5.
I carefully package the jewelry in a decorative box, making it ready to give as a gift right away.
Description
The Virelia silver ring with a purple labradorite is set around a large, faceted marquise-cut stone. The labradorite shifts from a very dark, almost graphite color to vivid purple and violet hues.
On either side of the main stone, I set two tiny moonstones. They’re a subtle detail, but they beautifully capture the blue-violet light and complement the labradorite’s color nicely.
I crafted the entire piece from 925 sterling silver using the lost-wax casting method. The setting is openwork, irregular, and heavily sculpted, so despite the large stone, it doesn’t look heavy.
Ring with a purple labradorite
Of course, the most fascinating thing about this stone is the labradorite. In one light, it appears dark and mysterious, but just change the angle slightly, and an intense purple flash appears. The faceting further enhances this effect.
Only one Virelia has ever been created. You’re buying the exact ring you see in the photos.
