Enchanted Twilight – Copper Necklace with Labradorite

Description

The copper necklace with labradorite, “Enchanted Twilight,” captures the colors of the sky just after sunset. In the faceted, teardrop-shaped stone, shades of purple and pink meet a golden streak. At the same time, dark lines crisscrossing its interior create a unique pattern. Thanks to this, the stone captivates with both its color and its fine details.

I framed the labradorite with a handcrafted copper setting featuring a repeating ornament. Its polished details catch the light, while the darkened recesses highlight the pattern. Moreover, the warm copper hue harmonizes beautifully with the stone’s pink and gold reflections. The piece as a whole resembles a treasure from an ancient, enchanted casket.

On the back of the pendant, I added two twigs with leaves. This way, the botanical motif also complements the side of the necklace that rests against the skin.

A labradorite drop catches the eye, which is why it looks beautiful with a simple neckline. You can pair it with your favorite black pieces, a soft sweater, or a linen dress. It will particularly appeal to lovers of fairy-tale jewelry and unconventional colors.

Labradorite and Its Luster

The colors of labradorite change depending on the light and the viewing angle. When you move the pendant, the darker surface may shimmer with shades of purple, pink, and gold. That is why the photos show several different views of the same stone. When worn, its reflections appear and fade with movement.
