This silver ring with a moonstone captivates with its delicate glow and organic shape. The slender marquise-cut stone beautifully reflects light, and its pinkish-blue glow shifts with every movement of the hand.

I handcrafted this ring from 925 sterling silver using the lost-wax casting method. Thanks to this technique, each setting has a unique character—it isn’t perfectly symmetrical, and its irregular texture makes it look like a fragment of nature transformed into silver.

The moonstone is framed by silver elements resembling twigs and leaves. The overall design is visually light yet striking. It’s an eye-catching piece without being over-the-top.

I like watching this stone in natural light the most. One moment it looks milky, the next it has blue highlights, and then it takes on delicate shades of pink and peach. Because of this, the ring looks a little different at every time of day.

I craft each piece by hand—from carving the design in jewelry wax, through casting in 925 sterling silver, all the way to finishing and setting the stone. It’s a time-consuming process, but that’s precisely what makes each piece unique and gives it its own character.
