Silver ring with a pink moonstone – r. 18

Description

This moonstone ring changes its appearance depending on the light. One moment it dazzles with an intense blue glow, and the next, delicate shades of pink and lavender appear. This is a natural characteristic of moonstone, which makes each piece look slightly different.

I handcrafted this ring from 925 sterling silver using the lost-wax casting method. First, I sculpt the design in jewelry wax; then I create a silver casting; and finally, I hand-set the stone and finish all the details. This makes each ring one of a kind.

Inspired by nature

The setting resembles intertwining twigs and roots surrounding a stone. The organic lines and irregular texture give the ring a forest-like character and make it look natural from every angle.

Moonstone captivates with the phenomenon of adularescence—a characteristic shimmer that changes as the jewelry moves. This piece is dominated by intense blues intertwined with pastel pink and delicate violet.
