Nyx Silver Ring – Moonstone

Description

The Nyx silver ring with a moonstone has a slightly more raw, bold character. In the center, I set an oval moonstone that appears delicate and milky-pink at first glance, but reveals a strong blue sparkle when held up to the light.

I crafted the entire piece from 925 sterling silver using the lost-wax casting method. The setting is wide, heavily sculpted, and full of irregular details and open spaces. Its elongated shape makes the ring sit really nicely on the hand.

The moonstone here is smaller than in the Lunaria or Vesper rings, but it certainly doesn’t get lost in the setting. With every movement, it takes on a cool, blue-violet glow that contrasts sharply with the raw silver.
