Silver necklace with iolite – Forest Twilight

This sterling silver iolite necklace was inspired by the light of dusk hidden between the forest branches. The central element is a faceted iolite of deep dark blue-purple color, which subtly changes in the light and gives the whole piece a mysterious character. Underneath it, I suspended a drop of moonstone with a delicate blue glow, giving the necklace a light and ethereal atmosphere.

I made the necklace by hand from sterling silver. The organic form resembles intertwining twigs or forest roots, so the whole thing looks like a small talisman taken out of a fairy tale world. Every texture and detail was created by hand, and the oxidized silver emphasizes the texture and cool glow of the stones.

Iolite has for years been associated with intuition, peace and inner balance. Combined with the moonstone, it forms a harmonious duo inspired by night light and nature. As a result, the silver iolite necklace attracts the eye with its subtle shine and unique atmosphere.

The necklace goes beautifully with both light, delicate styles and darker clothes of a more obscure nature. The elongated form slims the neck, and the natural texture gives the whole thing a slightly woodsy and magical look.

I made this sterling silver iolite necklace by hand in a single piece at Spirit Dust studio. No second identical piece will be created, so each detail remains completely unique.
